Fiona Howard wallpapers are all based on Fiona’s hand-carved, lino-print designs. These encapsulate the very essence of British style, by combining traditional techniques with contemporary themes inspired by the coast and countryside surrounding Fiona’s idyllic studio on the Sussex coast.
Fiona has a rich history of creativity. She studied textile design at Middlesex University in the 1980s and has built up 35 years of experience as a designer living and working in London, LA and Sussex. Her global clientele includes Sanderson, for whom she designed their well-known ‘Dandelion Clocks’, Pierre Frey, Colefax & Fowler, G.P. & J. Baker, P. Kaufmann, Waverley, Manuel Canovas and more.
Fiona’s extensive catalogue of work and her imagination give her patterns the originality and authenticity we associate with British design. The delicate textures and charming misprints which are the hallmarks of lino carving come together to create enduringly lovely wallpapers.
All papers are printed in the UK on FSC papers using environmentally friendly inks.
